Yes, there is wi-fi available.
Yes, we have one communal toilet. Ps. we also have kitchen facilities and a comfortable lounge arena with a television and speaker system.
We are open everyday from 9am to 9pm.

Yes, there is a small amount of on-street parking available directly in front of our building. There are also two public car next to our building:
– The largest one behind ‘1771 restaurant’
– The second one on Clavering Road, right next to our building.
Yes, lighting is include with any booking. We have a variety of professional studio lighting and flash kits that we’re sure will meet your needs.
Yes, all bookings have access to our inventory of professional cameras and lenses for both photography and videography, including:
– Sony A7iii Mirrorless Digital Camera
– Panasonic AU-EVA1 5.7K Cinema Camcorder
– RED Komodo 6K Compact Cinema Camera
If you have any specific camera requests, we may be able to source them for you, so please let us know when you’re booking.
Also, you can of course bring your own cameras and equipment too.
